These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Candidate”, or “Data Principal”) and Edvisery Education India Private Limited (CIN: U85499UW2026PTC259726), operating under the trade brand “Edvisery” (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of edvisery.com, associated subdomains, mobile-optimized portals, advisory telephone consultations, WhatsApp advisory channels, and digital tools.
By visiting edvisery.com, submitting an enquiry, requesting admission counselling, or utilizing any of our educational recommendation services, you signify your unreserved acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Fees & Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.
2. Advisory Status & Academic Institution Disclaimer
Edvisery is an independent educational counselling and technology platform. Edvisery is not a university, college, deemed university, or degree-granting institution. We do not conduct university examinations, award diplomas or degrees, or unilaterally admit students into any academic institution.
- All admissions, offers, fee structures, curriculum syllabi, and eligibility determinations are made solely and exclusively by the respective partner universities, institutes, or their officially appointed nodal agencies.
- Our counselling services are provided free of charge to learners. We never solicit or accept cash, personal UPI payments, or direct tuition deposits.
- Programme details, accreditations (UGC, AICTE, NAAC, NIRF), durations, and fees presented on our portal reflect public university disclosures and partner schedules. While we verify accuracy continuously, official institution prospectuses govern ultimate admission terms.
3. User Conduct & Authenticity of Records
When interacting with edvisery.com and our Program Advisors, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided in enquiry forms, application drafts, and eligibility checks (including name, telephone number, email, previous educational qualifications, and work history) is authentic, current, and accurate.
- You will not misrepresent your identity or submit forged, tampered, or fabricated degree certificates, mark sheets, or employment experience letters.
- You will not engage in unauthorized scraping, automated data harvesting, bot crawling, reverse engineering, or denial-of-service attempts against our digital platform.
- You consent to receive advisory calls, WhatsApp messages, and transactional communications relating to your requested programmes, in full alignment with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) guidelines and the DPDP Act, 2023.
4. University Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use
The names, logos, acronyms, crests, and course designations of partner universities, institutes, and accreditation councils (such as IIM, IIT, BITS Pilani, NMIMS, Amity, Manipal, UGC, AICTE, and others) displayed across edvisery.com belong exclusively to their respective institutional proprietors and statutory bodies.

All rights in proprietary custom layouts, stylesheet architectures, design tokens, and digital engineering assets created for this portal are protected under copyright and intellectual property covenants between Edvisery Education India Private Limited and Flexon Digital.

Our web applications utilize high-performance open-source libraries, licenced typography, and royalty-free graphical assets. All respective intellectual property rights remain vested in their respective authors:

- Any institution’s rejection of a candidate’s application or disqualification based on institutional criteria.
- Changes in programme syllabi, fees, entrance dates, or accreditation statuses instituted by autonomous universities.
- Delays, disputes, or denials regarding fee refunds that are governed by university or UGC refund frameworks.
- Temporary disruptions or unscheduled downtime of online services arising from telecommunication failures, server maintenance, or force majeure events.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are constructed and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the use of edvisery.com, or our advisory engagements shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida / Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
