1. About This Policy & Advisory Scope
This policy covers edvisery.com and the advisory operations of Edvisery Education India Private Limited (CIN: U85499UW2026PTC259726). Edvisery is an education technology and career guidance enterprise. We assist working professionals in discovering, evaluating, and applying for MBA, PGDM, executive education, and degree courses. We are not a university, degree-granting entity, or admission board.
- Our academic counselling, profile evaluation, and course recommendations are 100% free of charge to learners.
- We do not collect tuition fees, semester instalments, term deposits, or seat retention charges on behalf of institutions.
- No representative or employee of Edvisery is authorized to accept payment in cash, via personal UPI IDs, or into any personal bank account.
2. Refunds of University & Institute Programme Fees
The university or institute that receives your fee possesses sole authority to determine refund eligibility, deduction amounts, processing timelines, and withdrawal cut-off dates. These terms are published in the institution’s prospectus, admission offer letter, and official website.
- Edvisery cannot approve, guarantee, disburse, or alter a refund for monies paid to a university or its authorized admissions partner.
- We cannot promise fee discounts, waivers, or cancellation terms exceeding those officially sanctioned by the university.
- UGC Mandated Fee Refund Guidelines: Higher education institutions recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or AICTE are bound by statutory fee refund norms for their respective academic sessions. We assist candidates in verifying whether UGC refund mandates apply to their selected program.
1. Before you pay, our advisors highlight the institution’s withdrawal deadlines and refund schedule.
2. If you decide to withdraw, we provide the appropriate contact channels and assist in drafting your formal request.
3. Where application was routed via an admissions partner platform, we coordinate with that partner and track progress until an official decision is issued.
3. Registration Fees & Fraud Prevention
Application and Registration Charges: Certain partner universities levy an application evaluation or entrance assessment fee (typically ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹3,000). These fees are collected directly by the university portal and are conventionally non-refundable. We clearly disclose whether an institution’s registration fee is non-refundable prior to application.
Never make payments to personal UPI accounts, personal bank details, or QR codes sent over WhatsApp or phone by individuals claiming to represent Edvisery. We never solicit fees for “guaranteed admission”, “management quota seats”, or “special backdoor discounts”.
If anyone contacts you requesting money in this manner, immediately terminate communication and report the incident to grievance@edvisery.com.
4. Edvisery Direct Products & Certification Workshops
Edvisery primarily provides educational advisory services free of charge. In the event Edvisery independently offers, sells, and collects payments for its own workshops, masterclasses, or certifications, the following refund schedule applies:

Approved direct refunds are returned to the original payment source within 15 working days without processing deductions.
5. Corporate, International & Financed Enrolments
Corporate Enrolments: Where an employer or corporation sponsors an employee’s educational program, contractual refund terms set forth in the corporate memorandum of agreement prevail, and any refund is remitted exclusively to the sponsoring entity.
International Universities: For programmes offered by foreign universities outside India, foreign refund regulations apply. Refunds are processed in the currency received; international currency conversion differentials and foreign intermediary bank charges are not covered by Edvisery.
Education Loans & NBFC EMI Financing: If a learner financed tuition through an education loan or zero-cost EMI provider, cancelling enrolment does not automatically extinguish loan obligations. Any refund granted by the institution is returned directly to the financial lender to settle outstanding principal. Edvisery is not a lending institution; borrowers must contact their lender directly regarding foreclosure and interest charges.
6. Refund Request Procedure & Grievances
To request withdrawal support or file a grievance regarding fee refunds, email grievance@edvisery.com containing:
- Full Name, Registered Phone Number, and Registered Email.
- Programme Name, Enrolment Application Number, and University Name.
- Transaction Reference Number, Payment Date, Amount Paid, and Proof of Payment.
- Specific Reason for Withdrawal or Refund Request.
